Happy Thursday,

I apologize for sending the rates a day early but we will be moving our corporate offices tomorrow and our computer and phones will be down for a portion of the day. I wanted to make sure you had the rates in hand for the weekend.

The FED lowered the discount rate this week but the bond market did not feel it is enough to open the credit markets again. The 10 year Treasury Bills have gone up by .48 basis points pushing the 30 year fixed rates up by .5% since last Friday.

Please make a note that our jumbo programs are great!!! We have a 5 year fixed rate up to $2 million at 5.625%. It is a great program for any loan, conforming or jumbo. With a 40% down payment or more, the rate goes even lower. Please call me for details.

We will be moving our offices tomorrow and the phones may be down for a short period of time. Please do not be alarmed as they should be up and running by the afternoon.
